This week the gals cover the last part of Elizabeth Packard's story. When we last left Elizabeth she had finally been freed from the asylum. She had to suffer through Theophilus’s cruelty to finally have her day in court to prove her sanity. Although she's been hoping for this day for years, she is unable to celebrate her victory becasue Theophilus runs away with her children. Elizabeth does triumph in the end, but listen to find out how. Although this story may not seem relevent, a story of someone suffering through unjust imprisonment is very relatable today. The days seem dark, but Elizabeth's story reminds us that fear is strong but hope is stronger.
